The 2008 CFC Campaign is Under Way!

This year we again offer a electronically-fillable version of the pledge form. When you click the link, Adobe Reader will open the fillable form on your screen. You can tab between the fields to complete the form (you can use the spacebar for checkboxes and for phone numbers and SSNs do not type hyphens or spaces). Once you complete the first two fillable pages, all the additional pages will be automatically completed for you. Then, just print the entire form (six pages total), sign all copies where there is a signature block, and turn the form in to your campaign coordinator.
