How to Contribute to the CFC


There are a number of options for contributing to the CFC Campaign including Payroll Deduction, Cash or Checks. During the campaign, campaign Keyworkers and Campaign Coordinators will provide information on how you can contribute via Payroll Deduction. Payroll deduction makes larger gifts possible; produces predictable, systematic revenues for recipient charities; and lowers fund raising costs. Last year, 94% of givers used payroll deduction.

This year's form is fillable by typing or clicking directly in the form fields using Acrobat Reader - NOTE: when you get to the Charity Code section, start in the first space and just type the five numbers - the cursor will automatically move to the next slot as you type. Complete the form by tabbing through and entering your donation information in the fields on the form. Start by hitting the TAB key. You can use the spacebar to select any checkboxes you wish or just use your mouse to click in the checkbox and select it; you can also use your mouse to move around the form. If you ever get out of order on the form, just use your mouse and click in the field you want to complete - it will tab in order again from that point forward. After completing the information on the first fillable page of the form, all duplicate information will automatically appear throughout the form. Complete the additional required information on the second fillable page of the form and the rest of the form is automatically completed. Once done, simply select "File" "Print". Then sign and date pages 3 - 5 and turn the entire form in to your campaign coordinator. Please contact your campaign coordinator if you have any questions about how to complete your pledge form.
